Tesla Battery Maintenance. Tesla Model S / Model X Umbrella Valve Cleaning

Tesla Model S / Model X Battery Ventilation Valve Cleaning

We provide professional maintenance services for Tesla high-voltage battery valves. Accumulation of dirt, corrosion, or wear around the breathers can compromise the battery enclosure's seal, increasing the risk of moisture ingress.

Our service includes:

• Battery pack removal and accessing the ventilation valves
• Cleaning the valves and their mounting ports
• Detailed inspection for dirt, corrosion, and structural damage
• Replacement of faulty or worn valves upon customer approval
• Post-service battery enclosure leak testing
• Reinstallation of the battery pack followed by final diagnostics

Timely inspection helps detect issues with valves and seals before loss of airtightness leads to water ingress and severe battery pack damage.
